The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior technician ready to step up and make a real impact.
You will:
Architect and implement our MSP toolset
Lead technical strategy and system design
Act as the final escalation point for complex issues
Drive major client projects
Transition into managing and mentoring a growing technical team
In your first 2–3 months, you’ll focus on building the foundations — auditing systems, designing architecture, and implementing tools. From there, you’ll move into a broader leadership and client-facing role.

About You
You’re a technically strong, solutions-focused professional who’s ready to step out of the corporate grind and take ownership.
You bring:
Deep experience across Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (M365, Azure, Google Workspace)
Strong networking, security, and endpoint management expertise
Proven MSP or project delivery experience
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualisation
Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, etc.)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
A mindset of continuous improvement and accountability
Certifications in Apple, Microsoft, Jamf, or Sophos are highly regarded.
Requirements
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Ability to obtain Police Check and Working with Children Check
